Penyusunan Material di Warehouse PT XYZ

چکیده
PT XYZ merupakan salah satu perusahaan manufaktur yang memproduksi mesin linting rokok dan pengemas rokok. Keadaan tata letak fasilitas di saat ini tidak berdasarkan suatu perancangan efisien sehingga menjadi penghambat pergerakan pekerja dalam menjalankan tugasnya membutuhkan waktu lama untuk proses pengambilan pengeluaran material warehouse. Dengan menggunakan metode class based storage pemaksimalan kapasitas warehouse diharapkan dapat menentukan penempatan tingkat akitivitas pemasukan setiap ada Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa frekuensi perpindahan dikelompokkan kelas A terdiri dari 2 material, B 5 serta C 7 material. Berdasarkan ulang menambah sebesar 26,55%, penurunan jarak 28,97%, memperkecil ongkos handling penataan sparepart electric lebih efisien.
